智通财经APP获悉，信义玻璃(00868)跌近3%，截至发稿，跌2.74%，报7.09港元，成交额2322.85万港元。
消息面上，信义玻璃此前发盈警，预计2024年财政年度净利润同比减少30%至40%。主要由于中国房地产市场低迷，新建物业项目数量，中国的浮法玻璃产品的需求及市场价格大幅下跌；集团于中国永久停产的生产设施的出售亏损；应占公司联营公司信义光能控股有限公司的溢利减少。
汇丰环球研究指，信义玻璃该盈警意味去年下半年盈利在4.89亿至10.26亿元之间，为十年来最差的半年。花旗发布研报称，将信义玻璃2024至2026财年净利润(撇除汇率调整)预测下调35%至40%。将目标价由9.6港元下调至7.55港元，评级由“买入”降至“中性”。
