Yaguang Technology Placed in US Export Administration Regulations List; Shares Soar 10%

Yaguang Technology Group (SHE:300123), along with its subsidiary Chengdu Yaguang Electronics, was among the companies added by the US Department of Commerce to its entity list for the revised export administration regulations (EAR), according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Monday.

Companies included in the list, which mostly sell EAR-controlled products, are required to apply for an export license in the US.

The Chinese microwave radio frequency electronics manufacturer said the inclusion in the list will not affect its operations, the disclosure said.

The company's shares soared 10% in recent trade.
