智通财经APP讯，三一国际(00631)发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度集团油气装备业务现金产生单位(油气装备业务)将录得商誉减值亏损约人民币4.7亿元;及集团待售物业减值亏损约人民币2.8亿元。
由于上述预期减值亏损，集团于该年度的净溢利预期将较2023年同期的净溢利约人民币18.39亿元减少约25%至45%至约人民币13.79亿元至约人民币10.11亿元。由于集团该年度的财务业绩(包括上述减值亏损)须待(其中包括)估值师厘定估值金额，并经本公司审核委员会审阅及本公司核数师审核后，方可作实，因此须待进一步调整。
董事会谨此声明，上述减值亏损为一次性非现金开支，不会对集团现金流量造成影响。
