Dell Technologies (DELL) said Monday it is restructuring its personal computer, or PC portfolio with simplified branding, featuring advanced artificial intelligence capabilities.
The company said it is launching a three-tier branding system designed to cater to diverse needs, which includes "Dell" for everyday use such as play, school, and work; "Dell Pro" for enhanced professional productivity; and "Dell Pro Max" for top-tier performance.
Dell's new AI PC lineup includes Intel (INTC), Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), and Qualcomm (QCOM) processors with built-in Neural Processing Unit, or NPU technology for advanced AI workloads, the company said, adding that it is also launching Dell Pro AI Studio, an AI toolkit designed to cut development and deployment time by up to 75%.
