普甜食品(01699.HK) 表示，公司早前拟就上市复核委员会退市决定，向高等法院申请司法复核，原截止日期为本周五(10日)，经要求延后司法复核截止日期，联交所最新通知提出司法复核的截止日期已延至下周五(17日)。
