兴业控股附属公司签3000万元融资租赁协议
财中社1月8日电兴业控股（00132）发布公告，宣布其附属公司绿金租赁于2025年1月8日与承租人签订了一项融资租赁协议，交易金额为3000万元（约合3183万港元）。该协议的租赁期限为82个月，承租人将返租资产供其使用。
此次融资租赁交易适用的一个百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易。融资租赁的总付款额约为3926万元（约合4166万港元），其中包括租赁本金3000万元和利息及其他费用约926万元。租赁本金将在租期内每年支付，而利息则每季度支付。此交易预计将为集团提供稳定的收益和现金流。
