金吾财讯 | 国信证券发研报指，12月31日，名创优品(09896)官宣与黑神话IP合作，成为其官方授权合作伙伴，联名产品预计将于2025年发售。国产首款3A游戏《黑神话：悟空》自8月20日上线以来，以其游戏质量、文化故事性等深受玩家青睐，截至2024年11月18日，据VGInsights披露销量已突破2200万，收入超11亿美元，并一举揽获2024年Steam大奖3大奖项，是中国游戏行业的里程碑，具有重大意义。该行表示，据公司于品牌升级成果发布会上公布，目前公司已于全球150+IP进行合作，累计销售IP产品超8亿件，累计收入100亿，每年上新IP联名产品10000+。目前来说，名创国内IP产品占比近30%，海外IP产品占比超40%，同时公司规划于2028年IP占比不低于50%，打造名创成为世界第一的IP设计零售集团。该行续指，公司持续深耕兴趣零售领域，聚焦IP创新，通过扩展与全球知名IP合作，不断强调IP属性的重要性，并通过IP设计创新强化产品力。未来一方面依托全球顶级IP作为基本盘，减少风险性；同时不断尝试新兴潮流性IP，贡献IP产品矩阵增量，为2028年50%IP产品占比这一目标不断努力。与此同时，公司收购永辉超市稳步推进，通过打造性价比品质消费场景，利用其与名创品牌服务客群以及价格带维度的互补，逐步在零售赛道构建独特的多品牌矩阵。该行维持公司2024-2026年归母净利润为27.55/33.30/39.58亿元，对应PE为22/18/15x，维持“优大于市”评级。
