消息面上，TrendForce集邦咨询于最新调查指出，近期市场关注英伟达GB200整柜式方案Rack各项供应进度，由于GB200 Rack在高速互通界面、热设计功耗等设计规格皆明显高于市场主流，供应链业者需要更多时间持续调校、优化，预期最快将于2025年第二季后才有机会放量。
值得注意的是，英伟达在发布GB200系列仅六个月后推出了新一代Blackwell产品GB300和B300，带来了显著的性能提升。据悉，英伟达重要合作伙伴鸿海与广达已进入GB300研发设计阶段，该产品有望在2025年3月的年度GTC大会上发布。鸿海凭借高度垂直整合的资源优势，在GB200系列中已掌握芯片模组、组装等供应链，现正拓展水冷系统、连接器等领域。
