智通财经APP获悉，餐饮股延续下跌，截至发稿，呷哺呷哺(00520)跌6.45%，报0.87港元；九毛九(09922)跌6.29%，报2.83港元；海伦司(09869)跌6.25%，报2.1港元；海底捞(06862)跌1.47%，报14.7港元。
消息面上，据报道，近期海底捞旗下的小火锅品牌“沸派·甄鲜小火锅”开始营业，品牌以旋转自助式的一人食小火锅为特色，主打性价比。值得一提的是，呷哺呷哺、八合里、巴奴等大牌也几乎都同步开启了低价战略，火锅的降价潮已经席卷全国。《2024年中国火锅产业大数据研究报告》显示，从2019年到2023年，火锅平均客单价从55.2元上升至68.8元，而到了2024年上半年则降至59元。
华安证券指出，24年餐饮消费呈弱复苏态势，11月社零餐饮消费同比+4%，增速环比提升0.8pct，全国层面上餐饮消费券拉动效应相对有限。从当前餐饮消费券实施情况来看，我们预计在实施范围、持续时间、折扣力度上仍有发力空间。展望25年，若餐饮消费券政策提升推广力度，B端复苏可期，小B或成为营收新增量。
