据招股书披露，健康之路于中国经营数字健康医疗服务平台。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按截至2023年12月31日平台上的注册个人用户数目来计算，公司是第四大数字健康医疗服务平台。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2023年的收入来计算，健康之路亦是第五大数字健康医疗服务平台，市场份额低于5%。
据悉，自2001年起，公司便为中国个人用户于数字平台上提供健康医疗服务。于2015年，公司亦开始为企业及机构提供企业服务及数字营销服务。在过去的20年里，公司一直参与中国健康及保健行业的重大数字化转型，促进公司的业务发展。
