消息面上，国家发展改革委等三部门印发《国家数据基础设施建设指引》。其中提出，到2029年国家数据基础设施建设和运营体制机制基本建立。华西证券指出，伴随AI智能算力需求的提升以及运营商和互联网Capex向智算中心偏重，以及国家政策推动强化算力集群布局，大型、超大型算力枢纽节点的数据中心有望加速建设整合，相关受益公司包括万国数据等。
国信证券指出，万国数据算力中心服务商综合实力排名第一，总体规模、能力建设、财务状况等指数较高，是中国领先的高性能算力中心开发商和服务商。万国数据以国内数字经济发展为契机，不断满足人工智能等技术广泛应用而催生的大量需求，其算力中心分布广泛，包括国内核心经济枢纽地区、一线城市周边地区以及海外中东、东南亚等区域。
