Odaily星球日报讯 加密交易所 Bullish 官方发布公告称，其德国子公司 Bullish DE Custody GmbH 已获得德国联邦金融监管局（BaFin）授予的加密资产托管、专有交易及主经纪业务牌照。Bullish 拟依托 2024 年 12 月 30 日生效的《加密资产市场监管条例》（MiCA）框架，扩展其在欧洲经济区的服务。公司任命 Marco Bodewein 为 Bullish DE 总经理，他曾在 futurum bank AG 及 Bitcoin Group SE 担任重要职务。此外，BaFin 授权的加密交易机构 tradias 已与 Bullish DE 完成对接并开始交易。Bullish DE 正在积极吸引德国的专业及机构投资者，提供安全合规的数字资产交易服务。
