Broadstone Net Lease (BNL) said Monday it has added two new developments worth a total of about $117.4 million to its pipeline of build-to-suit development commitments.
The company said it has secured the land and started construction on two additional build-to-suit development projects, including a distribution warehouse facility for Southwire that is targeted for completion in July.
Broadstone Net Lease also said it will release its financial and operating results for the quarter ended Dec. 31 on Feb. 19.
