Skylark Minerals (ASX:SKM) completed its name change from the previous 'Ironbark Zinc' following confirmation from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The mining firm is now trading on the Australian Securities Exchange using the ticker SKM, the filing said.
It secured shareholder approval for the name change last Dec. 17, 2024, as per the filing.
The firm's shares rose 4% in trading on Tuesday.
