药师帮计划回购12万股股份 代价68万港元
财中社1月8日电药师帮（09885）发布自愿性公告，宣布根据2023年股份激励计划，计划于2025年1月8日通过信托机构回购12万股股份，总代价为68万港元，平均回购价格约为每股5.65港元。董事会认为，目前股价低于内在价值，未能充分反映公司的业务前景，因此此次回购为补充信托基金提供了良好机会。
