格隆汇1月8日｜随着人工智能提振对先进存储芯片的需求，美光科技将在未来几年投资70亿美元，扩大在新加坡的制造业务。这家美国公司在新加坡的新工厂周三破土动工，表示该工厂将于2026年开始运营。工厂将用于封装高带宽存储芯片，该类芯片广泛应用于人工智能数据中心，工厂将创造约1,400个就业岗位。美光在公告中表示，“美光未来在新加坡的扩张计划也将支持NAND的长期制造需求。”
