四川即将迎来第三家上市银行。宜宾市商业银行股份有限公司（简称“宜宾银行”）1月8日结束招股，预计1月13日在港交所主板上市。宜宾银行是宜宾市总资产规模最大的银行，截至2023年12月31日，以注册资本来看，是四川省内第二大的城商行。

招股书显示，宜宾银行资产规模已突破千亿元大关。该行强大的发展战略和具有区域特色的金融产品和服务组合，使其资产规模由2021年末的684.90亿元增至2023年末的934.44亿元，再增至2024年6月末的1001.93亿元。

值得注意的是，宜宾银行“含酒量”很高，其第一大股东为四川省宜宾五粮液集团有限公司，持股比例19.99%。宜宾银行自成立以来进行了多轮增资扩股，最近一轮增资扩股发生在2021年底，该行注册资本增至39亿元。

宜宾银行计划全球发售6.884亿股H股，发售价为每股2.59至2.72港元，假设超额配股权获悉数行使，该行通过此次上市将最多募资20.74亿港元。

近年来，宜宾银行在公司治理、运营管理等方面持续改善，已具备登陆港股条件且上市优势突出。随着全面注册制的实施，中小银行如何在竞争激烈的市场中立于不败之地，成为值得思考的问题。对此，宜宾银行表示，将致力于成为“小而美”“小而精”的高质量银行，提升专业化、差异化服务能力。
