三一国际发布盈利警告 预计2024年度一次性减值亏损达7.5亿元
财中社1月8日电三一国际（00631）发布盈利警告，预计将在截至2024年12月31日止年度出现一次性减值亏损。根据初步审阅，预计油气装备业务将录得商誉减值亏损约4.7亿元，待售物业减值亏损约2.8亿元。由于上述减值亏损，预计净利润将较2023年同期的18.39亿元减少约25%至45%，预期在13.79亿元至10.11亿元之间。
减值亏损的原因主要包括：油气装备业务受到宏观经济因素影响，营业收入下降；行业需求降低，主要油气开发公司的资本性开支同比下降11%；行业竞争加剧，导致市场份额和毛利率下降；国际化业务起步晚，未能有效对冲国内需求下降趋势。尽管面临挑战，集团将继续在相关领域进行投入，并制定2025年至2027年的战略发展规划。
