国泰航空致歉！八旬乘客乘坐轮椅下飞机被困新加坡机场半小时
近日，有网友在社交平台发文称，其母乘坐国泰航空CX657班机，由香港前往新加坡樟宜机场后，被困在樟宜机场T4客运大楼廊桥与闸口之间半小时才获救。1月5日，南都记者注意到，此事被曝光后国泰航空官方账号在其帖文下致歉，并表示正在调查此事。
南都记者注意到，网友于2024年12月31日在社交媒体上发文并上传一段短片。短片中可见一名坐轮椅的老人和同行人被困在客运大楼廊桥与闸口之间的位置。其间，一名挂有证件的女子协助她们，并尝试联络机场方面，但未能成功。有人曾尝试用手将门推开，但玻璃门被锁上。
该网友发文称，“真可耻，没有检查仍有乘客正下机就锁上登机门，我81岁母亲心灵受创，我们无法联系机场警察，医疗急救热线称事件不属紧急情况，最后工作人员花了半个小时才派人协助我们脱困，令人难以置信！”
对此，今年1月1日，国泰航空官方账号在帖文下留言称对事件感抱歉，并表示“我们理解这件事一定对您的母亲造成了困扰，我们正在调查此事，并将很快与您联系。”据当地媒体披露，国泰航空初步怀疑事件是当地代理地勤人员在关闭玻璃门前，没有彻底进行检查所致。
