BrainAurora Medical Technology Raises HK$501 Million from Hong Kong IPO

BrainAurora Medical Technology (HKG:6681) raised HK$501.3 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.

The cognitive impairment digital therapeutics developer offered 181,112,000 shares at HK$3.22 apiece, according to a Monday night filing.

The deal's Hong Kong or public offering portion was 11.39 times oversubscribed, with 18,112,000 shares on offer as originally planned.

The international or placing shares were 1.01 times subscribed, and the firm issued 163 million shares.

BrainAurora Medical Technology will make its trading debut on the Hong Kong bourse Wednesday, Jan. 8.
