智通财经APP获悉，内房股集体下跌，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)跌8.15%，报1.69港元；融信中国(03301)跌7.94%，报0.29港元；世茂集团(00813)跌6.25%，报0.9港元；富力地产(02777)跌4.69%，报1.22港元。
消息面上，中指研究院此前数据显示，2024年1-12月，TOP100房企销售总额为43547.3亿元，同比下降30.6%，降幅较上月缩窄2.3个百分点。12月单月，TOP100房企销售额同比下降3.41%，降幅有所收窄，环比增长28.86%。此外，据克尔瑞数据，2024年12月，TOP100房企实现销售操盘金额4513.9亿元，环比增长24.2%，同比持平。累计业绩来看，1-12月百强房企实现销售操盘金额38840.2亿元，同比降低28.1%，降幅较11月收窄近2.6个百分点。
平安证券研报指出，2024年楼市量价延续调整，2025年全国投资及销售仍将承压。天风证券表示，展望1月，季节性因素叠加春节假期，预计房企销售大概率环比回落，但考虑市场热度余温仍存，同比仍有持平可能，故对基本面短期无需过度悲观，可以核心城市二手量价边际变化作为前瞻指标。交易层面，良好基本面支撑下短期安全边际及配置价值提升，建议关注节后重要会议及“小阳春”等布局窗口。
