　　药师帮（09885）发布公告，于2025年1月7日，根据公司与信托机构（受托人）订立的信托安排，受托人为满足根据股份激励计划授出的奖励，于市场上购回公司10万股股份，总代价为57.10万港元，平均价格约为每股5.71港元。

　　公告称，公司目前的股价低于其内在价值，可能没有充分反映公司的业务前景，因此这为受托人于市场上购回公司的股份以补充信托基金提供了良好的机会。同时，根据股份激励计划购回股份展示公司对其业务展望及前景的信心，亦可作为吸引人才并推动使关键雇员的利益与公司利益达成一致，推动集团长远可持续发展增长的策略之一部分。作为中国院外医药产业最大的数位化综合服务平台，集团将随着互联网医疗产业的快速发展，透过集团高效的互联网医药流通网路和医疗科技创新手段，持续推动产业健康发展，更好地践行“让好医好药普惠可及”的使命。
