Endeavour Silver (EXK) shares fell 6.8% in recent Wednesday trading after the Terronera precious-metal mining project in Mexico faced construction slowdowns in December.
Deliveries of "critical path structural steel components required for the lower platform construction and tailing filter area installations" were delayed, the company said Wednesday in a statement.
"This has adversely impacted overall project productivity and expected commissioning timelines" with so-called wet commissioning now expected in early Q2, the Vancouver-based company said.
