世茂集团(00813)发展，已届现楼的石硖尾延坪道9号豪宅项目第1期BEACON PEAK，于周二(7日)上载楼书，计划首批招标推出第2座及第6座大单位。

 

集团旗下子公司傲成销售及市场策划总监汪子恩称，项目示范单位将于周末开放予VIP客户预约参观，视乎反应再部署公布销售安排，计划首批招标推出第2座实用面积约1,300及1,700方呎、以及第6座实用面积约1,500方呎户型，定价参考同区超级豪宅项目，目标于农历新年前录得成交。

 

项目第1期属提供332伙分层单位，两房套房至四房三套房间隔，标准单位实用面积712至2,020方呎不等，主打四房大型单位。第1期占6成单位实用面积超过1,000方呎，并设有7个特色天际复式单位，实用面积2,493至3,165方呎。至于第2期则全属别墅。
