加拿大养老基金CPPIB宣布，将与龙湖集团(00960.HK) 合作的四个房地产合资项目所持49%股权，出售予大家保险集团一家关联公司，预料交易净收益将达到2.35亿加元，未有披露作价。
上述项目分别位于上海、苏州、成都和重庆，均属龙湖“天街”零售商场、办公室和租赁住房综合体项目。翻查资料，CPPIB于2014年12月出资2.34亿加元与龙湖成立合资公司，共同发展苏州时代天街项目，及后再进一步合作开发重庆西部天街、成都梵城滨江天街及上海颛桥闵行天街等项目。双方亦于2018年共同设立长租公寓投资平台，首期投资额超过8亿美元。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-07 16:25。)
