0450 GMT - New Zealand's S&P/NZX 50 ended little changed at 13043.11, as gains in utilities and healthcare offset weakness in industrials and tech stocks. New Zealand's benchmark index has been relatively steady this week, with thinned volumes and few stock-specific cues. A 4.2% rebound in Mercury NZ helped erase some recent losses for the renewable energy company, which recently tumbled to its lowest point in almost two years. For software company Gentrack, a 3.1% fall extended a recent pullback from its November all-time high. (rhiannon.hoyle@wsj.com; @RhiannonHoyle)
