　　度假方面，在同程旅行各平台预订，1月7日至 14日预订的日喀则市地接资源用户，如因地震原因导致无法使用，未使用的订单可免费取消。度假产品中的大交通部分，同程旅行将严格按照铁路部门及航司最新政策为用户办理退改签。
