消息面上，滔搏此前公布，于2024/25财政年度第三季度，该集团零售及批发业务的总销售金额同比取得中单位数下跌，环比上季度的低双位数下滑有所收窄。截至2024年11月30日，直营门店毛销售面积较上一季末减少2.1%，较去年同期减少4.4%。
瑞银此前研报指出，下调滔搏2025至2027年的每股盈测24至40%，以反映销售压力及更高的销售折扣。该行预期集团2025财年的收入及纯利分别下降7%及38%，接近公司指引，而2026财年的收入及纯利则料分别升3%及20%。该行将其目标价由6.6港元降至3.6港元，重申“买入”评级。
