智通财经APP获悉，中信金融资产(02799)午后跌超5%，截止发稿，跌3.39%，报0.57港元，成交额1471.41万港元。
消息面上，2024年5月28日，中信金融资产发布公告，中信金融资产以协议转让的方式向中信集团转让其持有的华融金租已发行股份数量的60%，出售事项的总代价为119.98亿元。出售事项完成后，华融金租将不再为中信金融资产的附属公司及其财务业绩将不会合并至该集团的财务报表。中信金融资产12月底发布公告，股份转让协议项下的所有先决条件已获达成，以及出售事项已完成。
公开资料显示，中信金融资产前身是中国华融，是四大国有金融资产管理公司之一，在2024年1月更名为中信金融资产。中信金融资产的主要业务包括不良资产经营业务、金融服务业务，以及资产管理和投资业务，其中不良资产经营是公司的核心业务。
