根据摩根士丹利研究报告，部分由投机性购买引发的房价飙升可能促使新加坡政府出台更多降温措施。 

　　Wilson Ng等分析师在1月6日的报告中写道，新加坡房地产市场涨势将持续到2025年初，投资者希望在公寓完工前买入并套现。

　　这增加了政府推出更多限制措施给市场降温的可能性。分析师在另一份报告中表示，再加上供应的大量涌入，这可能导致今年价格下跌5%。

　　越来越多的分析师预计政府将采取更多行动。新加坡执政党正在为选举年做准备，而住房负担能力一直是选民的主要关切。
