智通财经APP讯，兴业控股(00132)发布公告，于2025年1月7日，公司的附属公司绿金租赁与承租人(长沙市联泰水质净化有限公司、邵阳联泰江北水务有限公司)订立融资租赁，以总代价人民币1.30亿元自承租人取得资产的所有权，该等资产将返租予承租人，供其使用及占有，期限为五年。
