Azek said Monday Peter Clifford, who serves as chief financial officer and chief operations officer, is resigning.
Clifford is leaving to pursue another opportunity with a private company outside the industry, the building products manufacturer said.
As part of the transition, Ryan Lada, chief financial officer of Azek's residential segment, will step in as chief financial officer and treasurer. Matthew Wiora, who has been serving as corporate controller, will be promoted to chief accounting officer. Lada and Wiora both joined Azek during the summer of 2022.
Both are expected to take on the new roles Jan. 24, which is also Clifford's last day.
Clifford had total compensation of $2.5 million in 2024, according to a securities filing. His salary was $650,000.
