Kasen International (HKG:0496) unit Zhejiang Baosen Furniture leased a land parcel in Cambodia from Koh Kong Zhejiang SEZ, a Monday bourse filing said.
Zhejiang Baosen will use the land to construct and operate a factory complex to manufacture furniture in Cambodia.
The lease has a term of 99 years from Jan. 6, and the lessee is entitled to renew the term for another 99 years once the original contract expires.
