金吾财讯 | 思摩尔国际(06969)震荡走低，截至发稿，跌6.08%，报13.28港元，成交额2.46亿港元。消息面上，1月7日思摩尔国际公布，控股股东惠州亿纬锂能股份有限公司与其间接全资附属公司EVEBattery Investment Ltd于2021年11月22日发行的3.5亿美元有抵押有担保可交换债券，已于2024年12月23日在香港联交所摘牌。根据公告，质押的6091万股股份(占公司已发行股本约0.99%)已全部解除质押状态。此外，国家禁毒委员会办公室、公安部及国家烟草专卖局联合发布意见，进一步深化电子烟涉毒涉违禁物质打击整治工作，为加强部门协作，系统解决“上头电子烟”问题提供有力支撑。意见明确，依法打击非法生产销售电子烟违法犯罪，系统整治电子烟油中添加毒品及替代物质违法犯罪，严厉打击非法制造依托咪酯等新型毒品及替代物质违法犯罪，及时查处登记吸食“上头电子烟”行为及清理整治网络“上头电子烟”违法犯罪等。
