Heeton Holdings (SGX:5DP) plans to launch Dawa at Hilltop by Heeton, a five-star luxury resort in Paro, Bhutan, by Q2 2025, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The hotel, with 87 rooms, will be the largest in Bhutan and is part of the company's expansion in emerging markets.
Additionally, Heeton has bolstered its global portfolio, acquiring Capri by Fraser Changi City, Singapore, and a Queen Street aparthotel in Edinburgh. The company divested Smile Hotel Asakusa and Ibis Hotel Gloucester, recycling capital for future investments.
