民生国际(00938.HK) 表示，就全资附属公司重庆皇石置地遭索偿约12.12亿元人民币贷款未偿还本金额一案，重庆高级法院就法律诉讼作出的判决，维持成渝金融法院作出的原判，即命令重庆皇石需于判决生效日期起10日内向贷款人偿还判决债务，以及贷款人有权根据抵押权执行其对该物业的权利以偿还判决债务。
民生国际表示，将就判决咨询中国法律顾问，以决定是否申请重审法律诉讼、继续监察法律诉讼及评估法律诉讼对集团的影响。同时，重庆皇石将继续积极与贷款人磋商，以期友好解决争议并修订贷款协议的条款。(gc/)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
