消息面上，信利国际宣布，该集团于2024年12月的未经审核综合营业净额约为15.17亿港元，同比减少约3.6%。2024年1-12月，未经审核累计综合营业净额约为177.80亿港元，同比增加约14.1%。
此外，信利国际决定终止信利工业（汕尾）股份有限公司的上市辅导备案申请。该决定是基于当前市场状况的调整，董事会于2025年1月3日向中国证券监督管理委员会广东监管局提交了终止申请。公告指出，终止上市辅导备案的申请不会对公司的财务状况或运营产生重大不利影响。
