智通财经APP获悉，中信金融资产(02799)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.57%，报0.58港元，成交额1665.87万港元。
消息面上，近日，中信金融资产发布公告称，该公司向中信集团转让华融金租60%股份事项已完成。出售事项完成后，中信金融资产持有及保留华融金租2502779316股股份，占其已发行股份的19.92%。另外，华融金租成为中信金融资产联营企业，不再为后者的附属公司，其财务业绩将不会合并至中信金融资产集团财务报表。
据了解，早在半年之前，这笔交易的细节便已披露。2024年5月28日，中信金融资产发布公告称，该公司以协议转让的方式向中信集团转让其持有的华融金租已发行股份数量的60%，出售事项的总代价为119.98亿元。此次出售可一次性补充中信金融资产母公司核心一级资本，实现超63亿元的资本补充效果。
