1月10日消息，拼搭角色类玩具商布鲁可首日上市高开81.61%，现涨73.32%，报104.6港元，成交额15.74亿港元，总市值252.58亿港元。该股此次IPO定价60.35港元，为股价上限定价。

　　公开发售阶段布鲁可获5999.96倍认购，经重新分配后公开发售的发售股份最终数目为1206.03万股股份，占发售股份总数的约43.5%。合共接获126841份有效申请，受理申请数目40201份，申购一手获配发H股份占所申请总数的概约百分比为10%。

　　此外，国际配售阶段布鲁可获38.6倍认购，计及发售量调整权全部行使及经重新分配后国际发售股份最终数目为1567.8万股，相当于发售股份总数的56.5%。

　　布鲁可成立于2014年，专注于拼搭角色类玩具的设计、研发和销售，旗下拥有“百变布鲁可”和“英雄无限”两大原创IP，同时获得包括奥特曼、变形金刚、漫威英雄、火影忍者在内的50余个全球知名IP的非独家授权。根据弗若斯特沙利文的报告，布鲁可现已成为中国最大、全球第三大的拼搭角色类玩具企业，位列全球增速最快的规模化玩具企业之列。
