智通财经APP获悉，富力地产(02777)跌逾8%，截至发稿，跌8.66%，报1.16港元，成交额1016.2万港元。
消息面上，富力地产发布公告，经2025年1月6日董事会批准，公司与海南航孝、北京富力城、北京富力天创、目标公司秦皇岛极富房地产开发有限公司和力量秦皇岛就交易事项订立了出售框架协议。公告称，交易事项使该集团得以利用集团持有的房产偿还集团欠力量发展集团的款项，进而减少集团的现金流出。
据悉，目标公司主要从事开发目标物业。于紧接股权转让完成前，目标公司由北京富力城持有99.7%及北京富力天创持有0.3%。 目标物业为位于河北省秦皇岛市北戴河区松石高尔夫以南、驼峰路以西、规划次干路七以北的房地产开发项目，占地面积约166,900平方米，总建筑面积为87,989平方米，该项目将包括别墅、公寓及商业楼宇。于本公告日期，目标物业目前正在开发建设中，预计将于2030年完工。
