Althea Group Holdings (ASX:AGH) said its Peak Processing Solutions unit signed an amended multi-year manufacturing agreement with BBCCC, the unit of Boston Beer Company, for the production of their cannabis beverage portfolio in Canada, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the updated terms, Peak will reserve capacity for Boston Beer at its facility, starting with a minimum of over 800,000 units for 2025, the filing said.
The agreement, effective from Jan. 1 through to Aug. 31, 2026, features automatic three-year renewals unless terminated with 180 days' notice, the company said.
The amendment boosts Peak's cash flow and ensures a steady supply for Boston Beer's TeaPot and Emerald Hour cannabis cocktail brands, the filing added.
