智通财经APP获悉，1月9日，世邦魏理仕发表2025年香港住宅市场展望。世邦魏理仕香港估值及咨询服务部执行董事郭伟恩指出，今年楼价将温和复苏，增幅为0%至5%。预计整体楼市成交量接近6万宗，同比上升近10%，其中一手市场约1.8万至2万宗，二手市场约4万宗。
郭伟恩又指，今年楼价料持平至升5%，其中楼龄低于20年的房产，楼价预计将出现复苏，或保持平稳。至于超过40年的房产，楼价或会可能会落后升幅。另外，世邦魏理仕预计租赁需求将继续上升，2025年租金料增长约5%。
