药师帮回购12万股股份
财中社1月9日电药师帮（09885）发布公告，董事会宣布根据2023年股份激励计划，于2025年1月9日通过信托安排，受托人在市场上回购本公司12万股股份，总代价为69万港元，平均价格为每股5.77港元。此次回购的目的是为了满足根据股份激励计划授出的奖励，并补充信托基金。
董事会指出，目前公司股价低于其内在价值，未能充分反映公司的业务前景，认为此次回购为提升公司股东价值提供了良好机会。同时，此举也展示了公司对未来发展的信心，有助于吸引和留住人才，以推动关键员工的利益与公司利益一致，促进集团的可持续发展。
