民生国际法律诉讼进展：重庆高级法院维持成渝金融法院的原判
财中社1月9日电民生国际（00938）发布公告，宣布其在法律诉讼方面的最新进展。根据2025年1月9日重庆高级法院的判决，法院维持成渝金融法院的原判，要求公司附属公司重庆皇石在判决生效后10日内向贷款人偿还判决债务，并允许贷款人根据抵押权执行其对相关物业的权利以偿还该债务。
公司表示，双方可依据中国适用法律向重庆高级法院申请重审法律诉讼，重庆高级法院将决定是否接纳该申请。如申请获接纳，判决执行将被暂停。公司将咨询法律顾问，评估法律诉讼对集团的影响。与此同时，重庆皇石将继续与贷款人积极协商，以期友好解决争议并修订贷款协议条款。公司将按上市规则在适当时机披露法律诉讼的重大进展。
