Incitec Pivot (ASX:IPL) reported a daily on-market buyback of its ordinary fully paid securities, with 321,116 shares repurchased Tuesday for AU$955,673 in total, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The explosives company plans to continue its on-market buyback of ordinary shares valued at up to AU$400 million, which began in July 2024, rather than setting a specific minimum or maximum number of shares, the filing said.
