Casa (TYO:7196) and SBI Japan Small Amount and Short-Term Insurance have integrated their systems through an API collaboration to improve customer convenience and operational efficiency, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The partnership enables data transfer between Casa's real estate management system and SBI Japan SSI's insurance contract management system, "Nico."
This integration allows tenants and property management companies to apply for home contents insurance and sign contracts without duplicate information.
The companies aim to expand sales opportunities and profits through their mutual agency networks.
