Lunnon Metals (ASX:LM8) signed a mining agreement with the Ngadju Native Title Aboriginal, covering parts of its Kambalda project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement outlines the Ngadju People's rights to benefit from the company's gold and nickel portfolio and secures the renewal of its mining licenses, providing certainty beyond the current term ending in December, the filing said.
Shares rose 5% in morning trade Thursday.
