1月8日，英搏尔公告，公司与亿航智能拟共同设立合资公司，投资额为1000万元，其中英搏尔出资600万元，持股60%，亿航智能出资400万元，持股40%。合资公司将围绕eVTOL产品生产制造以及上游零部件产业链展开深入合作，负责亿航智能eVTOL总装前各工序、零部件的生产，以及亿航智能云浮工厂及其他生产基地的工艺优化和技术改造。
