总裁Rob Kapito和营运长Rob Goldstein在给客户的备忘录表示，"作为全公司努力的一部分，我们今天将做出改变，大约1％的同事将离开公司。这从来都不是一件容易的事情。"高层称此举是具策略重新调整资源而努力的一部分。贝莱德拥有超过2.1万名员工，这意味着1％裁员约裁掉200名员工。

当然，BlackRock贝莱德打算25年新招2000人！
