消息面上，12月27日，思摩尔国际公告称计划向公司董事会主席、执行董事及主要股东陈志平先生有条件授出共6100万份购股权。国金证券指出，近期思摩尔国际发布了新股权激励计划，解锁条件为后续市值达到3000-5000亿港元，后续主要业绩驱动力为HNB新产品贡献叠加受益于雾化电子烟合规市场扩容。
国海证券指出，欧美市场当前不合规一次性产品的出清有望驱使客群向合规换弹、开放式产品及HNB转化。我们认为不合规产品的出清或将短期影响欧美整体雾化电子烟的增速，但合规的产品及企业将从中受益。日本市场由于政府对雾化电子烟中尼古丁含量的限制，使其发展受限。而根据Euromonitor数据，截至2023年日本市场HNB销量为全球第一，2019-2023年销量CAGR为11.0%。美国由于此前HNB专利战，当前市场仍较空白，但2024年2月专利战已达成和解，根据Euromonitor数据，预计2025年美国HNB市场销量开始攀升，到2028年HNB销售量将占新型烟草市场的3.5%。
